Good people who know what they are talking. Very friendly service. Have used them for 3/4 years now. No problem to much to solve.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Poor service at a premium price.
Were told by them how good they were in practice it never materialised, was always someone else's fault.
We had to chase for our TIE cards all the step of the way.
When you needed to follow-up on anything the person was never in.
We were given conflicting information by email and when you phoned up were given different information.
They need to concentrate on the clients they have rather than take on business they cannot support or manage.
Would never use again

Arrived for an appointment to find that no one in the office was expecting us. Asked to return in an hour. Still waiting on our return to the office. We gave up and went home. We were telephoned later to be told that all our personal tax information had been lost as the office had changed hardware systems. Informed we would have to start again. We have taken our business to another service which hopefully will be more efficient and professional.

Sylvia Victoria and Isabel are amazingly helpful and so lovely and friendly and very welcoming. They take the stresses away and make you feel at ease!
