I completed on my perfect property in Spain on the 29th July 2022 with Benigest, from viewing to completion it took 7 weeks and 1 day.perfect.
Initially we engaged with Joy explained what we were looking for etc, she introduced us to her colleague Lee who arranged all of our viewings, 50% of which were with Benigest and the rest with Real Estate companies that they partner with. Lee is a lovely guy, very knowledgeable about the areas, even took us to a village bar on 2 properties we liked so we could get a feel for the area. They arranged a 70% mortgage for me, power of attorney, NIE number, all utilities and insurances as well as my will. Great company, great people, great service what more can I say. One bit of advise for anyone thinking of buying over here is to engage with your real estate person first then let them do the work for you on your criteria.

We dealt with Benigest, particularly with Joy and Jose Luis in obtaining our Spanish driving licences and we are both really grateful at the superb service we received. I would highly recommend them and will be definitely using them in the future. Thank you

We would like to thank Benigest Real Estate for the service we received during our house purchase. We are first time buyers and dont speak much Spanish and we couldnt have done it without their help. The staff at Benigest hold your hand throughout the whole process and ensure that everything runs smoothly, quickly resolving any issues which may arise along the way. They even go beyond their remit and help out with any problem you may face, legal or domestic, from understanding how to manage your Spanish bank account to working out how to use your washing machine and continue to offer friendly assistance after your transaction is completed. If we decide to sell, we would not hesitate to use Benigest again and would recommend them to any prospective buyers or sellers.
