This has to be the worst gestoria I have experienced in 20 years in Spain. Having spent months (over a year) waiting for documentation to be comleted on the transfer of a car, I now find they have not provided the original documentation which would allow me to get an ITV - now the car must sit in the driveway (off the road) until we can obtain an original document from who knows where - HOW COULD YOU GET IT SO WRONG????? Note your response but it was not me who brought the paperwork at all - perhaps look into your case notes should you have any?

That's what happens when you take almost a year to bring the documentation you are asked for from minute one. It is very easy to blame others for your own mistakes.
