Domus Consulting expertly assisted us in purchasing a property in Orihuela Costa, Spain. They kept us informed at every stage of the process via email and provided invaluable support—from setting up a bank account to finalizing the purchase on our behalf. They even arranged utilities (electricity and water) seamlessly. The entire process was smooth and flawless, showcasing their exceptional professionalism. We were thoroughly impressed and highly recommend their services!
I used Domus to help with the purchase of my house in Feb 2023 and the experience of the staff was exceptional as well as the service. Sylvia and team were very responsive in communication with me throughout the entire purchasing process as it was new to me since I’m from Scotland. Furthermore they helped me by setting up my utilities and community tax and also will be helping with my annual non-resident tax return and putting a Spanish will in place. My cousin has also used them and he has been very pleased with their services.

I had a very good experience with Domus Consulting and recommend their services. Sylvia was very friendly, attentive and professional. She checked all the details I needed and left me more sure, well informed and feeling "safer" about the process of buying a house. She reviewed the contract, the debts and informations of the house to see if it was in order with what was being "advertised" by the seller, etc.
