I strongly advise not using this company Legal Iuris for property law, conveyancing work. They are very unprofessional, do not keep you informed, you will have to do the chasing not only with them but with the land registry, and they don't seem to know what is going on.
But the absolute worse situation I had with them, is that they held back money from my parents house sale and refuse to refund it and stopped replying to my emails. Some of that money was for utility bills which my parents paid in full, in fact over paid, and should have been returned to them. A year and a half on they are still holding my parents money.
They took total advantage of two elderly people for their own gain.
It's a shame you have to give one star to get this published, as it's a Zero stars from me.

I found Legal iuris at a Place in the sun before coming to Spain .
I used their service to buy my Villa and Hannah was excellent throughout the whole process . It was daunting buying a house in a new country but Hannah made it seem straightforward. I would highly recommend using this company . Also Sophie was very helpful in arranging a home insurance policy.
Utilities were transferred for me and the process was seamless . A great experience!

Es handelt sich mit Sicherheit um eine sehr professionelle Kanzlei, bei der man gut aufgehoben sein könnte, …wenn man es denn mal schafft, zum Klienten zu werden. Mir ist ebendies nicht gelungen.

Was nutzt ein superfreundlicher, deutschsprachiger Kontakt, wenn immer wieder nur eine Rückmeldung versprochen wird, diese jedoch schlichtweg nie erfolgt? Mag sein, dass mein Anliegen zu kompliziert und damit uninteressant für die Bearbeitung war. Aber eine simple Mitteilung, "wir haben kein Interesse an Ihnen als Kunden" wäre dann trotzdem ein netter Zug gewesen. Stattdessen rutscht man gefühlt in die Situation eines nervtötenden Bittstellers ab.
"Wir melden uns". Keine Meldung. Wochen später nächstes Anfragen. "Ja, wir klären und melden uns". Doch wieder keine Antwort mehr. Monate vergehen, zahlreiche Anfragen, immer wieder Rückmelde-Versprechen. Doch erfolgt sind diese nie.

Am Ende gab ich das Betteln auf und suchte mir anderswo Hilfe.
Schade, denn eigentlich macht die Kanzlei einen guten Eindruck. Doch damit alleine ist es eben nicht getan. Man muss irgendwann auch liefern.

Zeer tevreden over Legal Iuris bij de aankoop van onze villa in Spanje. Correct en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Je merkt dat voor hen alle papieren in orde moeten zijn en dat Cristel op haar strepen staat. De aankoop via volmacht verliep zonder problemen. Op aanvraag van Cristel werd de woning nog geïnspecteerd de dag voor de aankoop en ontvingen we van de makelaar filmpjes van de huidige staat van de woning, zowel binnen als buiten. Ook bij alle verdere administratie was alles tot in detail geregeld.
