I wish I could give less stars. He represented me with a rape case as a victim. I do not know if he suffers with memory loss or just lied a lot. We did not have many meetings but when we did, he would change the information each time leaving a lot of confusion. We had a spanish translator who even she was shocked and confused by his behaviour. He would not explain the process of the trial, he would forward court documents with no explanation. He would also attach cases of other clients to my email, so I have cases in my emails from other people regarding a child rape. 2 weeks before my own trial he did not even realise that key evidence was found- semen- in a rape case, he was trying to make deals with the defendents lawyer outside of court. The lawyer told me that if I was presented with a plea deal I would have no other option but to agree to it, luckily Elche court informed me otherwise on the day of the trial. I refused a 2 year suspended sentence deal and went to trial, my lawyer was furious, spoke to me very badly at court and after leaving aggressive voice messages that we will loose the case, he is a free lawyer and not paid to be in court until 5pm. He refused a meeting to discuss after the trial, refused to give documents relating to the trial, we even went to his office and he refused to answer the door to us. A month later we contacted the court directly who gave the trial sentencing, as my lawyer refused to communicate with me at all. The courts requested an 8 year sentence which was then reduced due to a deal with defence. The defendent received a 6 year prison sentence alongside other punishments. So thank god I had trust in the courts and refused the plea deal offered. Luckily I do not need or want to appeal the sentencing as you only have 10 working days to do it, it is now the 8th working day and this lawyer has still not notified me of the sentencing/ verdict and he did not know I took it from the court directly. I requested again yesterday, and he says he sent it to my email and my husbands, and another person who is not relevant, we have not received anything and he has been informed. Even after informing him that we never received his email yesterday he is again ignoring me. He has likely sent the verdict/ sentencing to the wrong client like he sent me someone elses case files. I have repeatedly asked him to tell me the sentencing if he can not email it correctly and he ignores me. I will be reporting this lawyer to bar association with all the evidence and I urge anyone who is given this lawyer (free or not) to use someone else. He has no compassion, no ethics , no moral compass and does not read the details of your case. He wants to reach a plea quickly and be paid his 400 euro from the state as he told me himself in a recorded voice message, he does not care about you or justice. He should be barred.

Lo tuve de oficio y por no aportar una prueba fundamental para mi defensa " lo ponía en la misma sentencia" perdí el juicio. No me dieron el derecho a réplica solo a la parte contraria, aún no entiendo el por qué y nadie me ha sabido explicar además nunca me mantuvo informada de nada. Parecía que estaba a favor de la otra parte. No me dijo que había posibilidades de recurrir ni qué se podía hacer. Estaba perdida, indefensa. El sabía que había cometido un error. Me envió la respuesta a la demanda de la parte contraria, el día después del juicio, tiene cojones la cosa!!!. Cambie de abogado lógicamente y voy a llegar hasta el final, cueste lo que me cueste, pero llevo arrastras ese error que èlcometió desde el princpio. En fin, aun así sigo confiando en la justicia porque esto es como todo, es con quien des. Estoy convencida de que se ha cometido injusticias conmigo. Ahora espero que está nueva abogada me escuche, y subsane el error cometido. Va a ser difícil porq quien no está acostumbrado a esto de los juicios no sabemos los entresijos de ellos, aun así sigo confiando en mi nueva abogada y conseguir que finalmente se haga justicia.
Por cierto este letrado, mejor que lo jubilen ya, esta caducado y conmigo fue un mal abogado.
