I needed to change my Dutch driving license for a Spanish one, the lady at the office, told me that it would take 4 months. I sent her several emails after 4 months because I didn’t receive anything. She asked me to contact the Netherlands, which I did. I think it was not my job to do that, since I paid them to get my Spanish license. But anyway, I got the info and sent it so them. After 8 months I still didn’t have anything. I contacted them about it again and she basically told me to be more patient. At the beginning of November, after more than 7 months, i finally got my temporary license, valid for 6 months. I sent them an email in January again and they told me, I had to wait until a month before my temporary license expired, they could could contact trafico again. In April, I sent them an email again, the last told me it should me in my mailbox and finally it was, after more than a year! This is crazy!

I don’t recommend this office, I am sure it’s not only their fault, but I paid them to do this. Communication was really bad.
