Leider kann man keine Minuspunkte geben. Zum Teil sehr unfreundlich, man wird nicht als Kunde, sondern als Bittsteller behandelt.
Wir mussten mehrmals zum Büro kommen, obwohl man das in einem Termin hätte erledigen können.
Es wurde nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit gearbeitet, noch heute warten wir auf eine Rückerstattung des Finanzamtes; Fehler können passieren, aber die Behebung dieser wurden über Monate hin verschleppt.
Da es nur um kleine Beträge ging, sitzt man auf dem Präsentierteller, jede der wartet, hört alles mit.
So konnten auch wir Sachen hören, die wir nicht hätten hören sollen. Aber diesen Klienten ging es nicht besser als uns, sie wurden angegiftet, unfreundlich behandel und wie meistens, der sie betreffende Vorgang musste erstmal gesucht werden. Obwohl ein Termin bestand, war die Mitarbeiterin nicht vorbereitet.
Nie wieder. Nicht zu empfehlen.
