Estoy muy agradecido a Juan Bertomeu y Daniel Bertomeu por haberme asesorado para no comprar una casa en Barcelona.

Quería invertir en una vivienda en Barcelona para dedicarla al alquiler turístico, pero sabía que el tema de las licencias es complicado. Encontré a Daniel por un vídeo en YouTube y decidí pedirles consejo. Otros abogados me dijeron que no podían ayudarme con ese tipo de cuestiones, pero ellos sí lo hicieron.

Gracias a su análisis descubrimos que, aunque la vivienda tenía licencia turística, la comunidad de propietarios había prohibido recientemente el alquiler vacacional, lo que hacía imposible conseguir el NRUA, necesario para anunciar la casa en plataformas como Booking o Airbnb.

Me demostraron que dominan muy bien todo lo relacionado con compraventas y licencias turísticas, y por eso, cuando encuentre otra propiedad que encaje mejor con lo que busco, volveré a contar con ellos.

Sentencia nº 364 / 2024 del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 2 de Dénia, dictada el 20 de diciembre de 2024. Siendo Joan Bertomeu el representante de nuestra comunidad de vecinos, tiene la sentencia en firme anteriormente mencionada en su contra por falsear las actas, que fue redactada por el anterior administrador de la finca, Joan Sala, y firmada por ambos. Además, quiso colarnos una obra que no necesitábamos a base de mentiras y engaños y contrató un seguro más caro del que teníamos sin contar con los propietarios y sin necesidad alguna. Coloca publicidad en un balcón sin contar con el permiso de la comunidad. ¿Todo esto y lo que no sabemos lo hace por amor al arte? Cada cual que saque sus propias conclusiones. Abogaducho que necesita hacer chanchullos para ganarse la vida.

Soy Luis Alcázar y actualmente soy el administrador de la comunidad de propietarios a la que hace mención la reseña de hace 3 días por Ana.
En relación a la misma acerca de la falsedad de un acta, tengo que decir que Juan Bertomeu no redacta las actas; según la L.P.H. es el secretario el que lo hace, cargo que normalmente recae en el administrador y él es un propietario.
También tengo que desmentir el hecho de que intentara "colar" un presupuesto de algo innecesario; también según la L.P.H. cada obra o mejora ha de ser aprobada en Junta de Propietarios y en este caso, así se hizo pero no se probo por la inviabilidad de los trabajos.
Y final y personalmente tengo que decir que conozco a Juan Bertomeu y en ningún momento ha realizado algo ilegal en la comunidad, considerándolo una persona seria, profesional y cívica.
