I’ve been training with Felisa with workouts on her app and one monthly session for 6 months now, and have continued to see great results! She makes the most of the live sessions to tailor the monthly workout plan. The accountability of recording in the app is great, and her videos make the exercises really clear. She is also happy to answer any questions. A great way to work out!

I have been traning with Felisa through the Movehability app for the last two years. And I have to say that I am feeling the strongest, fittest and healthiest ever. With the app I found it very easy to train as the exercises are demonstrated with videos and a description of the movements. With Felisa's weekly support, I just keep my motivation high and I am learning a lot. Simply I love it!
