Trying to buy a house and they were acting for the vendor. My solicitor tried to make contact with the lawyer acting - 6 times without a response. No professional etiquette!

I went to their office 6 times also with the same negative result - no respect!

I needed a copy of the identification document of the seller so that I can change ownership of the car that was included in the sale. Went to the office twice - usual result - no response.

I needed a tax certificate and talked to their expert, 15 minute interview and paid 300 euros. She did not make contact again and, as a result had to pay a retention fee to the tax office of 5,000 euros. I have asked for my money back - guess what? NO RESPONSE!!

I suspect that I will now have to sue the vendor of the house for the value of the car - 6,000 euros, as otherwise it is of no value to me whatsoever.
