My Husband and I were selling our property in Spain as we had moved back to the UK some years ago. Sadly my husband passed away before we could complete and I was completely lost as to how to proceed.
Not only was I dealing with an emotionally difficult time but I also had to process an inheritance succession and a property sale in Spain while living 1500 miles away in the UK!
Fortunately Greg’s advice and expertise helped me every step of the way. With him and his colleague Roberto they handled every aspect of the inheritance and sale of the property without me needing to even travel over to Spain.
The service was not only efficient and personal but they also covered every aspect for me. The translation of legal documents, the granting of probate, drafting the sale contract to ensure my interests were protected, notifying the Spanish pension office of my husband’s passing, dealing with the bank and taking care of the tax implications of it all.... I don’t know what I would’ve done without them!
I can’t recommend them enough. They truly made a difficult time that much easier for me.
