I paid for his services last may. He failed to reply to emails and WhatsApp messages asking for updates. It's my intention to denounce home.

Lacking in consistant customer service
Once they have a contact you have to chase them up for information
My best friend has recently died and his wife who is completely alone now is in desperate need of her asesor to help her with all documentation
He does not keep her informed regularly and she is desperate trying to contact him with no avail
He lacks consistency and time keeping
Very good and friendly in person but lots of room for improvements
