I would avoid this business if you are thinking of purchasing a property or selling a property. They literally took years to sort out official paperwork and in the end we had to change to another solicitor because they are so incompetent!

Quality service, excellent advice and service. Highly recommended for ex pats as English is very well understood, important when dealing with the tax man in a foreign country. I have friends who have had advice from other accountants that has been plainly wrong and they've paid accordingly! With CFX you will not have this problem. Recently had friends, new to Spain, go there for buying process on the house. They were bowled over by how well it was all handled, the value and the efficiency was excellent.
