I'm not usually one to take to Google reviews, especially when they're bad, but we have had such a terrible experience with this Asesoria. Our Mum died in Spain July 24, and it's now almost May 25, and we have not been able to sign our inheritance, due to non-communication and inaction from this Asesoria.

It's been a brutal time for my family, and not being able to sign off everything we need to has added untold burdens and stress to our daily lives. We have contacted Juan weekly since February, when he assured us in person he would have everything sorted by the following week, and still, it remains unsigned. We have no idea what is going on here, but it doesn't feel right to treat a grieving family this way. The whole approach he has taken feels like a complete betrayal of the trust my mother placed in Juan.

If you are English, I'd avoid this Asesoria like the plague.

Been using Juan since 2002/3. Terrific chap & more a friend than establishment. Much less pricey than other enterprises. Much more personal service. English could be better as could communication.
Would do better with multilingual staff.
