We bought a property in Turre. We are not Spanish residents.
Ana Belen Merono was recommended to us.
We had very little Spanish, but Ana spoke English and made the whole process easy.
The whole process was explained and we were kept updated throughout. They dealt with the Notary, owner of attorney, the purchase, translations, and setting up the taxes, electrics, community charge and water.
Ana also helped with the Spanish bank too.

My Father has run companies and owned property in Spain since 1989. Salvador Associates have done all the conveyancing for his properties as well as his personal taxation and have always been efficient, offering advice and help when needed. The staff speak good english and are all very helpful.

Salvador (Mojacar) have assisted my mother in the legal matters relating to the sale of her 4-bedroomed villa and purchase of a 2-bedroom ground floor apartment in May-2022.
