We bought a property in Turre. We are not Spanish residents.
Ana Belen Merono was recommended to us.
We had very little Spanish, but Ana spoke English and made the whole process easy.
The whole process was explained and we were kept updated throughout. They dealt with the Notary, owner of attorney, the purchase, translations, and setting up the taxes, electrics, community charge and water.
Ana also helped with the Spanish bank too.

Salvador (Mojacar) have assisted my mother in the legal matters relating to the sale of her 4-bedroomed villa and purchase of a 2-bedroom ground floor apartment in May-2022.

They have provided us her family in UK with necessary Poder General for us to assist her living in Spain from the UK and also her more recent Last Will and Testament.

From this year they have also compiled/submitted her tax return for 2023. Having been previously done by someone else who unfortunately passed away.
