Asesoría Gamaservi

El 13 de septiembre de 2024 concertamos una cita para pedir asesoramiento sobre un tema de herencia y extincion de condominio, explicamos nuestro caso a la persona que nos recomendaron Miguel Collado, nos dijo que nos enviarían un informe explicándonos cual era la mejor opción para nuestro caso y pagamos la consulta, el informe nunca llegó, reclamamos la responsable del departamento fiscal y contable, Rocío Lorenzo, nos aseguró el 25 de octubre que en una semana nos enviarían el informe, tampoco llegó, reclamamos la devolución del importe pagado, tampoco obtuvimos respuesta.
NO SON DE FIAR.

Son agradables, está bien porque tocan bastantes ramas y no es necesario tener los papeles desperdigados por varias gestorías o asesorías.
Tienen otra oficina en santa Eulalia del Río, está oficina es más nueva.

Unfortunately I would not recommend Gamaservi if you are trying to get your paperwork being a English citizen . It seems their staff are not informed correctly on what visas / residency’s require .

My family has waisted almost 2 years of their time due to bad communication and customer support Gamaservi has provided .

From sending their cases through different staff in the company that did not communicate between them we now moved to a different gestor and got what we needed done within 6 days . Gamaservi have been doing this now for 2 years .

Unfortunately they will not take responsibility for their mistake so I feel the need to warn anyone else that could possibly get tied up in this situation.

I’m sure they do other jobs very well but unfortunately this one has been playing with peoples time & freedom .

Be very cautious before using this company , in fact steer clear to save yourself a lot of stress, waste of time & waste of money as they seriously do not have staff that are trained adequately to give the right advice, information & deliver the right solutions & services to clients.
Our personal experience was very stressful because the members of staff we dealt with wasted over two years of our time in regards to a very important application & this is down to them getting it wrong from the initial consultation over two years ago - they did not listen or understand the facts & figures we provided them & they gave us the wrong advice & proceeded to waste our money & time.
They hide behind emails, never answer calls & try & cover their incompetence & mistakes by dragging things out.
Sadly their owner/MD still insists that they are not in the wrong which only adds insult to injury when the mistakes & incompetence on their part is crystal clear !
We suggested a meeting so we could go through their mistakes & we could help them understand where they'd gone wrong but they declined to meet.

We rarely post reviews & the ones we have are always positive, however, this experience with Gamaservi has been so stressful & frustrating that we thought it would be considerate to help others avoid falling into the same trap & awful experience.
