BEWARE! I contracted Deventer Consulting in April 2017 for the tax and accountancy of our company, of which they presented FALSE annual statements including a NO-existing DEBT of 4.222 Mio for the financial year 2016. Then he helped the Swiss capital partner to take over our company via false documents in the nearby notary Bauza & Criado (just opposite of Deventer Consulting in 99/92 Ramblas de Catalunya), he expelled me and my mother as the legitime directors of our company via document of a fictive shareholder meeting and made himself the new "owner" of, running our company instead of me only 12 months after I had hired him for his accountancy services, causing only in 2018 over 550.000 in DAMAGES (high expenditures + less revenues) and instead of producing expected net benefits of aprox. 250.000 yearly , he managed to drive our company into BANKRUPTCY ultimately on the 6.9.2023! NOT recommended if you don't want to lose EVERYTHING!
