Hicimos un acto, y el hotel no dispone de megafonía, se tiene que alquilar a parte.
Gracias por su reseña. Solo queríamos informarle que no somos un hotel ni ofrecemos servicios para eventos. Probablemente se ha producido una confusión con otra empresa. Si podemos ayudarle en cualquier otra cosa, estaremos encantados de hacerlo.
en serio? q estais a mi disposicion decis? perfecto.empezar por contestar el ultimo burofax q se os hizo llegar desde mi despacho de abogados...porq a dia de hoy...esta requetecomprobado con la agencia tributaria q mi grado de discapacidad ya era entonces de un 65% y vosotros no quisisteis pedir mis derechos en relacion a esta discapacidad porq me faltaba el carnet de grado de la generalitat emitido por la generalitat d cataluña...de hecho no quisisteis ni pedirme los derechos del 33% (vuestra argumentacion es q me faltaba el carnet de la generalitat q certificaba el grado...eso si es cierto no lo tenia) pero desde el primer dia q puse mi pie ahi dije q yo habia "leido" en alguna web oficial q una absoluta del inss..certificaba ya un 65% pues no...ahi andaba equivocada puede...no era un 65...era un 33....lo q me pertenecia..me recomendasteis no pedirlo porque no lo podia demostrar el 33...el caso q al final sin carnet de la generalitat...(del cual ahora si...ya dispongo es un 67% de discapacitación mental lo q yo tengo!)al final pude obtener el reconocimiento frente hacienda del 65...porque pude certificar esta con la sentencia judicial q me incapacitaba para realizar en primera persona este tipo de tramites...
osea q yo..la cliente incapacitada mental y judicialmente y...pa mi q la q me atendio...algo de sorda tambien tenia...porq yo tutelada cierto...en un sitio haciendo algo q no tenia porq hacer ni ocuparme...
pero .q le envie el pantallazo a la señorita ..del borrador de haciendo indicando q casilla era la q debia picar para q yo tuviera acceso a ese 65 por ser una persona tutelada!(además es una casilla mas...hay 4 en total; menos 33, mas 33, mas 65 y personas tuteladas(creo poner entre parentesis algo asi como considerado mas del 65)...
pues na ni llevarle la sentencia de la tutela le sirvio a la muchacha...el caso q todaaaaa esta no se como definirlo...."cosa" me ha llevado año y medio puede? 2? de ires y venires a hacienda..pa poner en sitio lo q esta gente no quiso oir de mi....claro como soy una enferma mental! como no se lo q digo! supongo ella cuando yo hablaba sentia ruido...algo paso! pero q no hubo buena comunicacion seguro...
el caso...q como poco podriais asumir las facturas de gestoria extra...q he tenido a vuestro proceso mal hecho...
se me ocurre!

The only thing that let's the new offices down, is being met with an empty reception area. Before, you could see people at their workstations and were soon attended by the receptionist. Now, it is empty, unwelcoming and impersonal. Better, perhaps, for employees, but not so welcoming for clients, who maybe feel cut off and unimportant.

Our aim with the new office layout was to create a more focused and efficient workspace for our team, but in the first place a better support to our clients by offering more privacy during visits.
While the reception may appear quieter, our receptionist is always available and will respond promptly and professionally to the doorbell, as always.

Ben al ongeveer 20 jaar bij Accensum Consulting en heb alleen maar heel goede ervaringen met dit bedrijf. Altijd correct en betrokken bij de vraagstukken. Alle papieren worden altijd op tijd ingeleverd en ik heb nog nooit problemen ondervonden. Mocht er een probleem zijn dan wordt dit altijd samen met mij opgelost. Verder is het een voordeel dat ze perfect Engels spreken en schrijven en gelukkig voor mij is er ook een Nederlandse mevrouw die mij altijd perfect helpt.
