I was a client since 2021 with this company. I fully trusted them. In 2024 the tax agency declined my tax administration of 2023. I had to pay back about €8500. With help of another company I discovered that CMC had made a lot of mistakes and had given me some wrong advises. I contacted them and they promised they would take care of everything. I organized a meeting with them on 12.12.2024.

These were the issues:
- Wrong invoice from CMC to me (much to high)
- Mistake Q2 2024 where the month June was totally forgotten
- Renta 2023;
1. Mistake by gestoria 'Reducción por inicio de una actividad económica' €7.978,11 which was declined by the Agencia Triburaria. CMC shouldn't have done that.
2. Mistake by gestoria by registrating all utilities from the Excel files in the category 'Suministros (electricidad, agua, gas, telefonia, internet) €5770,65
3. The fact that the Agencia Tributaria doesn't accept the costs of the Gasolina/Gasoleo, Electricity and WIFI and I wasn't advised by the gestoria on the proof that is needed for that (registration kilometres, adresses clients, other car on my name for private us, contract for hiring a part of the house for company use)
4. The fact that the Agencia Tributaria doesn't accept the costs of the Asus Computer and the gestoria didn't spead the costs over several years

I ended up paying €6549,62 back to the Agencia Tributaria over 2023.

During the meeting on 12.12.2024 they promised to do a better job. But of course I decided to go to another Gestoria in 2025.

BUT IT WASN'T OVER YET!!!
In January 2025 I found out CMC totally forgot to deduct my IVA payments/expenses for the whole Q4 2024. About €2000 wrong. I contacted them and that was repaired.

BUT STILL NOT THE END
On 2024 I have to pay back about an equal amount again to the Agencia Tributaria because the quarterly taxes on 2024 were still done by CMC. And I have to pay my new gestor €1210,- for repairing all the shit CMC (Catalina Moyà Consulting) made.

I asked for some kind of compensation during the meeting I had... Nothing!!!

Should legally sue them!!!

I was assured that this firm knew what they were doing, but they quickly proved otherwise. When I confronted them about a significant mistake, they attempted to cover it up. After consulting with another professional, it was confirmed that they were indeed in error. It took several emails and considerable effort before they finally acknowledged their mistake, which had cost me several thousand euros. I requested a refund, as I had to hire another firm to correct their work, yet they remain in denial even after being presented with undeniable proof. I strongly advise against using this firm—they can end up costing you far more than expected!
