Imagino que si tienes con ellos un contrato con muchos ceros, te prestarán más atención. Si eres un simple autónomo o particular, no estarán interesados en atenderte. Es algo muy legítimo... si simplemente te informaran de que no atienden nuevos clientes de pequeño tamaño. Por contra, su sistema es simplemente tomar notas de tus llamadas, recibir correos... e ignorarte completamente hasta que te hartes. No me parece una forma profesional de gestionar los clientes potenciales.

Magníficos profesionales. Enrique J. Luján es un gran profesional que trabaja muy bien los asuntos y tiene un enorme conocimiento de la normativa tributaria y fiscal. Been waiting for autonomo registrations for over 10days now. Everyone there blames the next person, no communication no feedback. Avoiding emails, calls, texts. Enrique and Saro shouldn’t be in business. Unprofessional amateurs!
Would definitely not ever do business with them nor recommend anyone else does.

Very professional, perfect communication with client, speaks english, solution(s) focused, highly efficient and in general pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommended!
By the way, they also have office in Maspalomas (Mercurio building).

Jeg mottok en bot på €5000 fra Tributaria Agency 3 år etter at jeg stengte virksomheten jeg drev på Gran Canaria. Det viste seg at Ecoven ikke avsluttet alle sakene som det skulle ha gjort. Se opp for dem!!!

I strongly recommend Ecoven. It is hard to find a reliable accountant on GC. Even more one that speaks English. My first accountant vanished overnight (literally), costing me a fortune, after paying them 260 eur per month for years and thinking all is ok. I have been now with Ecoven for over 4 years and they are probably the most professional company on GC.
