MAY 2026 - just a quick update to add to my first review below!!
Lydia has come up trumps again, by navigating her way through the nerve-wracking and tricky process of my first visa renewal... which we began in November 2025, and has finally been approved! I truly don't know how I would have managed without her efficient and knowledgeable handling of this matter, as well as her ever-encouraging messages that cheered me up when the inevitable setbacks occurred. Lydia and her team have a vast network of contacts, and all the island knowledge needed to deal with the authorities in a simple, clear and no-nonsense manner. Also, thanks to Lydia's early advice to de-register from HMRC in a timely fashion, I have been able to gain access to the Spanish public healthcare system, which was a smooth and trouble-free process. To conclude, what I most value about Lydia is this: she really CARES about her clients, and this philosophy is clearly shared by the whole team! Thank you again -- I am so grateful to you all.

JUNE 2025: I'm delighted to recommend wholeheartedly the services offered by Lydia and her team! I first 'met' Lydia online a couple of times in 2024 while attempting to understand the visa application process. Let me say that her bookable consultations are super-helpful and really good value for money––in 15 minutes I learned all I needed and more to get me started (and there was no clock-watching on Lydia's part).
Fast forward to June 2025 and I needed her help again with health insurance options and my state pension application. It was lovely to meet Lydia, Petra and Jodie in person this time, and they made the whole experience enjoyable as well as informative.
Even more importantly, Lydia asked about my UK driving licence... and I was horrified to find that I could no longer use this on the island, having been here for more than six months! I had no idea, and had actually booked a hire car for a couple of weeks down the line. But the process of exchanging my licence for a Spanish one was thoroughly explained and the necessary appointments booked, with Petra accompanying me to these just a few days later. So I am now completely legal!
The communication between us all has been fantastic throughout, which is so reassuring. I've emigrated from Wales to Lanzarote on my own, which is a big project to manage, but knowing Lydia and team are there to support me as and when I need it is wonderful. Muchísimas gracias chicas, y nos vemos!

These guys do exactly what it says on the tin,no fuss,no stress, no problems.
Having lived here in Lanzarote for just over 5 years they have helped myself and my partner a number of times with Residency and Healthcare issues.
Their service has been first class every time and i would recommend their assistance and advice every time.
They may not be the cheapest but they are definitely one of the best.
