I am very satisfied with EBF, judging on more than a year long relationship with respect to non-resident matters in Lanzarote. In spite of not the easiest of starts, I have gained confidence that I am in safe hands out there, thousands miles away. EBF demonstrated to be responsive, responsible, reasonable, and on top of that - very pleasant to deal with. They faced any issue brought up openly, calmly, constructively. Recently, EBF introduced innovative online document handling and reporting system, to streamline processes. I know that it is not easy to part with old ways of doing things and innovate. Hats off to EBF for 2025 mindset. Importantly, as client I do not feel cut out of human touch as a result of this automation. When I need, I am still very well attended which is amazing, taking into account that I am probably a small beer in EBF overall business. Compliments to Lily for excellent relationship management.

Have been a client of EBF for the last 7 years. The service is always really efficient, friendly and helpful. Have recently sold my property in Lanzarote and Lilliana Calves dealt with sorting capital gains. I was really concerned this would be a stressful process, however Lilliana worked in partnership with my lawyer and was very straightforward.
