My wife an i are UK expats now living as Spanish residents and live near Antequera.

As an Expat with an unavoidable status of Spanish Tax Resident I was concerned about fulfilling my obligations to the Spanish Tax Authorities. I approached Efitax who efficiently completed my annual tax returns without fuss and in a timely manner. Efitax also obtained for me a Residencia Fiscal en Espana Convenio which has allowed me to apply for a NT Tax Code from HMRC which means I now avoid double taxation on my earnings from UK Investments.
