I 100% recommend Aljarife Asesores! I recently purchased a property in the Competa area and being from the UK my Spanish vocabulary is limited (I’m learning). The staff at Aljarife are multilingual and are so helpful with legal, utilities, insurance, vehicle registrations and lots of other legal advice. This company goes the extra mile and their communication is excellent. They get the job done which is reassuring. I mostly communicated with Lisa at the company and she sorted all vehicle insurances, vehicle registrations etc. all went smoothly and professionally. Again highly recommend this company!!!

Since we moved to Competa, we have used Aljarife Asesores to renew our TIEs, increase the energy supply to our house, renew our digital certificates and sort out our registration on the padron. Asesores Aljarife, were actually the sellers lawyers when we bought our house. We were so impressed with their professional manner and helpfulness that after we completed the purchase, we asked if they would help with tying up our personal documentation after we moved to Competa. Aljarafe is top! Ze zijn deskundig, veelzijdig en on-spaans snel. Niks mañana mañana maar nu. Heerlijk!
Als je iets niet begrijpt, wat met de Spaanse regelgeving niet raar is, leggen ze het geduldig uit. Ook in het Engels als je dat wilt.
Kortom, Aljarife is een top kantoor om mee samen te werken!
