This firm were given the job of closing my SL Company. They failed miserably
I gave them my company’s digital certificate so had all the info needed to do the job. Over the next 9 months the Hacienda took 21,000€ from my account( over 7000 of that amount was fines). I was always told I would get a refund! After nearly another year I got 14,000 from the Hacienda. I then chased Afimar over many more months for the fine money. I managed to get an admission of guilt from them eventually. However they then presented me with a bill of 3500€ for the work they did( they quoted 2-3000) Then told me they would not charge me because of their mistake 😡. Basically after many more e mails I was told that’s all they would give me. So I paid 3500 euros to the Hacienda for a mistake that they made! I wish I could have charged my customers 50% of the mistakes I’ve made.
They claim to be professionals but clearly they are not! Louisa is the accountant I used in this office.
