Horrible , he llamado esta mañana , y he pedido cita… y mientras hacia mi consulta para que la cita estuvieran informados bien y tuvieran tiempo de investigar el tema para gestionarmelo correctamente … lo unico que escuchaba de fondo es la voz de una mujer SUPER CHIRRIANTE , preguntanto si pagaré la consulta una y otra vez en vol alta … y el trato hacia la persona que estaba al telefono el pobre chico… no dijo nada pero se nota cuando alguien siente verguenza ajena …

Tener mucho cuidado con esa asesoría. Tras llevar mis cuentas un año u medio, los errores que han hecho me han costado miles de euros. Declaraciones erróneas y mal registradas entre otros problemas. A mi nuevo asesor le ha costado tiempo ponerlo todo en orden. Lo mismo le ha pasado a otra compañera que estuvo con ellos.

Lleva mi comunidad desde hace 4 años aproximadamente y hace dos años que no tenemos reunión, no sabemos nada de cuentas papeleos.. tenemos que llamarlo muchas veces para que manden empresa para arreglar el interruptor de luz o otras cosas.. después de dos años y pico abandonados buscaremos otro administrador

Ya hice algunos tramites con ellos varios cambios de titularidad de coche y declaración de hacienda. Y todo muy bien y muy amable todos. Gracias

Son unos inútiles no saben ni hacer la o con un canuto, encima me cobraron 200 euros y no me resolvieron el trámite,llamando a diario y no me dieron solución y me crearon un problema con Hacienda, huir de esta gestoría

Aún estoy esperando desde Noviembre 2019 el cambio de titular de un vehículo y estamos en septiembre 2020,creo que sobran las palabras...........

Pague por un servicio que no me dieron. Cuando hice el reclamo de devolución me trataron muy mal, poca ética profesional.

Atienden estupedamente y son muy atentos, recomedable el trato con Nelly. Cualquier duda podeís acudir sin vacilar a esta asesoría.

Did work fine in the beginning, because as an Expat you dont know what to double check with your accountant, which you should not need to do, since this is what you are paying for. Lack of communcation, ended up in many incorrect managed invoices, and i also recieved a fine and lost a lot of tax money in return due to failed communicaitons again from my accountant. I left and there was a lot to fix for the new accountant, which i got explained.

Det här är som att köpa en lott. Ibland blir det som man önskar och då gör de det bra. Men rätt ofta skiter de rent ut sagt i det hela. En deklaration t.ex. Och har de deklarerat fel och man har frågor? Glöm bort tanken på att de skulle svara överhuvudtaget! Det fysiska bemötandet är trevligt på alla sätt men det är som en ulv i fårakläder.

Bra personal. Perfekt genomfört arbete med deklarationen, bilköp, nytt körkort, försäljning mc etc. Har varit kund sen 2017.

Waiting almost 8 months for your car papers is very annoying. The service was really bad. The 21st of May 2020 I went there to transfer a car. On the 11th of January 2021 I finally received the papers.
I repeatedly contacted them via WhatsApp and phone, a lot of times no answer and never received a straight and honest answer. So I would not recommend to go there. If it would be possible to give 0 stars I would have done it.

Lovar mycket inget genomförs. Ex vi hade en bar och blev lovade av hyresvärden att inte behöva betala 3 månaders hyra vid lockdown. De hölls aldrig inga papper på det. Informerar inte om allt som man behöver betala vad gäller skatt av saker du äger här i Spanien. Blir straffavgifter plus att om du har företag informerar han INGET om detta. Jag rekommenderar inte Daniel!
