REVIEW / FORMAL COMPLAINT – OMD Consulting

Public review and formal complaint

With the purpose of obtaining an immediate resolution to my situation, I feel compelled to write this review due to the serious discomfort and financial damage I have suffered as a result of the lack of professionalism of OMD Consulting.

I hired your services solely to register as a self-employed worker. From the beginning, I was charged €100 per month for services that, in practice, were not provided, as I did not issue any invoices nor carry out any professional activity during that period.

Given this situation, I explicitly requested my deregistration as a self-employed worker, first by telephone and later in writing by email, clearly explaining my personal and professional circumstances. Despite this, OMD Consulting continued to charge my bank account on a monthly basis, ignoring my requests and my situation as a client.

Furthermore, I clearly informed you that I reside in the Netherlands, which is my country of residence, yet this information was disregarded. For several months, both management fees and self-employed social security contributions continued to be charged, causing me avoidable financial harm.

Due to the lack of response, I was forced to block the charges through my bank. Subsequently, I sent another email to one of your collaborators requesting, at the very least, the immediate deregistration as a self-employed worker, given that no effective service had been provided.

I have spoken on several occasions by telephone with the company owner, who repeatedly instructed me to send him an email. These emails were duly sent, yet no solution was ever provided, nor was my case effectively managed.

As a direct consequence of this negligence, the Spanish Social Security has seized funds from one of my bank accounts, causing financial loss, stress, and a situation of complete helplessness as a client.

For this reason, I am making this complaint public in order to:
• Achieve the immediate regularisation of my situation with Social Security
• Obtain the refund of the wrongly seized amount
• And receive compensation for the damages and harm caused

Once a fair, prompt, and effective solution is provided, I commit to making such resolution public, thereby demonstrating to future clients that OMD Consulting is capable of properly resolving a dissatisfied client’s case and acting with the professionalism it claims to offer from the very first meeting.

I remain awaiting an immediate response.

Hola, Elizabeth. Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada.

Tras la revisión interna del caso, le remitimos por correo toda la información detallada y la documentación correspondiente que demuestra que la baja en RETA fue correctamente solicitada, tramitada y reconocida con efectos 24/10/2025, que las obligaciones fiscales fueron cumplidas en plazo y que las cantidades reclamadas por la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social derivan exclusivamente del impago de cuotas durante el período en el que usted estuvo dada de alta.

Por motivos de privacidad no podemos comentar expedientes concretos en este canal público, pero queremos reafirmarle que seguimos siempre los procedimientos establecidos y estamos disponibles para cualquier aclaración adicional por privado.
