By far the worst possible customer service I have experienced in my 15 years of living in Spain!

I have sent multiple emails, not even had the courtesy of acknowledging me, three emails sent in the space of a week and a half. 23 phone calls made to the office and not one single response!

Shocking and pathetic service! Very disappointing especially with the prospect of gaining a new client...

Generally excellent but it would be helpful to clarify recorded instructions when calling by phone as even I find them misleading.
