They have been doing my non resident income tax for a number of years. It was always about 250 euros. Last year they took the 250 from my bank account plus another withdrawal of 650! They never answered my emails for an explanation. As far as I am concerned they stole 650 euros from me. Stay away.

Jetzt möchte ich noch einmal klarstellen. Diese Gestoria ist übermäßig teuer. Anderen Büros gegenüber verlangt sie 2 - 3 fachen Satz. Kommt es zu Fehlern ihrerseits muß der Kunde dafür aufkommen. Sie meint nur, man kann nichts machen, zahlen Sie lieber. Diese Haltung ist Verantwortungslos. Antworten auf eMails oder Übersendung von Abrechnungen erfolgen nie. Man muss alles abholen im Büro und sich selbst darum kümmern. Niemand empfehle ich dieses Büro. Es sei denn man möchte sich nur ärgern. Die Freundlichkeit ist ein reines Täuschungsmanöver.

We would be interested to hear how long Anthony Thompson has to wait for his driving licence after his review. We applied through Elena's office to change our UK driving licences to Spanish licences in March 2019. Sixteen months later and fourteen unanswered email requests for updates later, in June 2020 we restarted our application with a different gestor and notified Elena in writing (again not acknowledged) of our decision. She did not cancel her application with DGT with the result that our second application was unable to proceed. Nor did she respond to any of our or the second gestor's phone messages, nor did she action the cancellation requested in a face-to-face meeting. To break the stalemate we engaged a lawyer and involved a notary. Through the second gestor we received our Spanish driving licences promptly. An unnecessarily costly process for two applications, two medicals, two gestors and legal expenses.

Absolutely excellent. I had been dreading changing my UK driving license to a Spanish one not knowing if I had all the right paperwork and I've been worried about this for a while I shouldn't have worried at all they set me at ease within 5 minutes took over all my paperwork no problem I would give them 10 stars if I could they're certainly worth the five thoroughly recommend them

I hope this gestor takes this as something to work on. Fact is that I have got a big list of people that bought houses with her in the past and that on selling have experienced that practically all documentation of the property was wrong. And I am not talking about a wrong name or a small detail. I am talking about completely wrong property information on various escrituras. Houses that cannot be sold due to this wrong information. They should really improve the quality of their work.
