As well as handling the purchase, Juani obtained NIE numbers, opened a bank account for me, liaised with the notary, all with a POA, and generally held my hand through what COULD have been a scary and confusing process.

Zuerst zweimal falsch beraten. Arbeitet mit einem Rechtsanwalt zusammen, der nur spanisch spricht und den man nur nach Aufforderung trifft. Ich habe den Eindruck, daß JM sich selbst mit anwaltlichen Tätigkeiten einsetzt, um dieses in Rechnung stellen zu können. Außerdem lässt er am Ende nicht auf Rechnung zahlen, sondern behält eine hohe Summe ein, zieht die Kosten an und überweist einen Rest. Danach kündigt er die Zusammenarbeit.
Kosten sehr hoch.
