We sold our flat through Iberbrit and I have to say we received an excellent service. To be honest they were a saviour as before using them we had experienced delay and confusion with just about everyone with whom we had dealt. Spanish bureaucracy really is a nightmare made all the more difficult by the language barrier. Go into a town hall and you're on your own .. no one speaks English and no one will make any effort to help you. That's when you find the reality of living in Spain and owning property there.

We just noticed Iberbrit as we were driving by and thought we had nothing to lose and so went in. Our problems stopped at that point. As soon we walked through the door we were reassured by the staff being polite, helpful and professional.

They know the area, who to contact and how to get results for their clients. Thankfully they have staff fluent in English and what a relief it was not to have to struggle to be understood. We can recommend Iberbrit to you - they are trustworthy, reputable and efficient.

If we have any further legal business to transact in Spain we will only ever use Iberbrit.
