Expay Online (Accounting, Tax & Gestoria)

We used this company to apply for a TIE for my husband. We orgionally thought we would use the solicitor we used to get our visa and purchase our house, however we were continously calling for an update to be told they couldn't get a date for a TIE appointment. Emailed Vieneta and boom...she can back that very day with a date. On this basis, I would recommend expay a d would use them again for sure 👍

Venetia and Colin did a great job with the renewal of my Non-Lucrative visa. They communicated well, gave me explicit instructions for the TIE appointment, and were professional in every way. Well worth the very reasonable price!

I highly recommend Venetia / Expay. She has just dealt with our years 2 and 3 non lucrative visa renewals. All approved after only applying earlier this month. Considered doing it ourselves but would much rather leave it in the hands of someone that knows what they are doing! Venetia is very helpful and efficient. I think she may sometimes work 24/7 as I have received emails at all times!! We have already passed her details on to others looking to apply for their first NLVs (oh how I wish I had known about her myself when going through that - it would have saved so much stress!!) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to others. Venitia has been super helpful. She publishes lots of great free advice.
Alongside GoSpain she is one of a the great professionals on go Spain who help with Non Lucrative Visa applications alongside other services. I would recommend if you need help use her services if it’s not her area of specialty she has access to other professional colleagues you can trust.

Legal consultant gave me the wrong information leading to the rejection of my visa application, so i wrote a negative review of consultant. Consultant started harassing me and threatened to report my irregular status as i'm currently still without a visa.

Update: Her name is Venetia House, from the Expay company, in Spain. She has apparently signed my ph number for multiple spamming services. That's at least 2 abuses of the personal and legal data entrusted to her.

Absolutely fantastic! Venetia is easy to deal with and very helpful. She set up all I needed to register as autonomo along with filing tax returns and arranging my Digital Certificate. Highly recommended.

I simply wouldn't have been able to get through the visa process (on behalf of a family member) without Expay's help, from completing and providing the relevant paperwork to answering the (numerous!) questions we had along the way. We'll certainly be using them for renewals.

Venetia always goes above and beyond, providing advice about Spanish tax, autonomo registration, issuing invoices, the digital certificate, etc and all for extremely reasonable fees. She is always willing to answer questions and often reminds me to ask questions anytime! I trust Venetia with my life and don't know what I would do without her. Thank you so much Venetia :-)

Best service we have had for our NLV and renewals 5 star service excellent company

To be clear I haven’t used the services of this company but I was actually going to until receiving totally rude and unprofessional replies from them. Shocking. I won’t name the person but she needs customer service lessons. To clarify the point as their response is totally fictitious. Someone else asked them a question which they didn’t answer very clearly. I very politely asked them if they could just clarify the answer for the person who asked the question and I got abuse back because they misunderstood the original question. After I received a terse response for politely asking for clarification I told them what I thought about their disrespect for potential customers and they removed the post totally to hide their rude response. To reply to this post trying to make out I was rude is just an indication of their unprofessional attitude. I have never felt motivated to provide a negative review and have only done so because of the totally uncalled for attitude of said person.

Third update to further respond to their update: All I will add in addition is that your response below says more about you than me. And clearly you are upsetting others too. As for your “threat” under Spanish law if you are based there it would be yourself that should be careful. I can always request a copy of the conversation from Facebook under GDPR if you wish and I’ll share it here. I started this review quite clearly by advising I haven’t used your services and this is why. PS. I couldn’t care if you are a female. What I did try to advise you and your employer/your company about was your unprofessional attitude and customer engagement skills.

Thank you for your recent update to my old feedback. You are implying somewhat that I was rude or abusive to you in some way. I can assure you I would never be and have still never been rude or abusive to anyone of your staff. I was shocked at the disrespect from the person at the time for no reason at all. Perhaps they got me confused with someone else. Maybe someone else had been disrespectful I don’t know. Suffice to say the way I was treated for no reason at all was so shocking it warranted me to write this review. I don’t leave bad reviews ever. I only usually write good positive things. If your staff member made a mistake and confused me with someone else. Implying I was rude is not a way to go about me retracting my feedback.

Venetia is absolutely amazing! I couldn't recommend her enough!
