I was let down by this firm when I was buying a home on La Torre.

Firstly, unbeknown to me, they cost €750 more than the solicitors at La Torre. The service from my experience is not as good.
The service from the law firm at la Torre includes conveyancy, electric and gas connections. Essentially, everything to make a smooth move is quoted. At Conesa the broker/lawyer did attempt to connect the electric and gas, but it was chaotic and let me out of pocket. They also asked for a tip - despite the higher price.
The lawyer made a fundamental error in not researching the community fees - despite me asking on three occasions to check. This left me substantially out of pocket.
As someone with a law degree and a bit of experience, I recognise the lawyer did not perform appropriate due diligence. When I challenged the lawyer on the fees he stated it wasn't in his contract to check the fees.
All in all the lawyer didn't understand La Torre and charged an outrageous price for his lack of experience. Demanding early payment, washing his hands of his oversights, and leaving me with a legal wrangle to sort out.
If you are buying on La Torre, my advice would be to avoid this firm.
