What can I say what an absolute pleasure dealing with Imont for the second time.

We purchased our first property last year through imont, Monica went above and beyond to help us, and this month we purchased our new home and Monica was absolutely amazing, She fought our corner excellently and was extremely diligent in making sure that everything was perfect with the paperwork for the home.

De aankoop van mijn appartement in Los Alcázares had gemakkelijk een stressvolle ervaring kunnen zijn, maar dankzij Hugo van advocatenbureau Imont werd het precies het tegenovergestelde. Vanaf het begin voelde ik me volledig ondersteund. Zijn professionele aanpak, gecombineerd met duidelijke Nederlandstalige begeleiding, gaf me meteen vertrouwen.
Wat me vooral opviel, is hoe alles voor me werd geregeld. Niet alleen de aankoop zelf, maar ook de volmacht, de akte, alle administratieve rompslomp rond nutsvoorzieningen, de syndic… noem maar op. Alles verliep via domiciliëring en ik hoefde letterlijk nergens zelf achteraan. Zo’n totaalservice kom je niet vaak tegen.
Ben je van plan om vastgoed in Spanje te kopen? Dan kan ik Imont, en in het bijzonder Hugo, echt met een gerust hart aanbevelen. Het heeft mijn hele aankoopproces zoveel eenvoudiger en aangenamer gemaakt. Dankjewel voor de topbegeleiding!

Absolutely appalling: rude, difficult, unhelpful, resistant - you will think they are representing the opposing party. And in spite of their clear negativity in relation to an obviously viable legal claim, they are happy to ask 200€ for a first consultancy fee just to read material. Complete waste of time and just add to the torment you are already facing. Shameful.
