I had a very disappointing experience with this accountancy firm. Communication is extremely poor—emails go unanswered, and there is little to no proactive communication about important processes or obligations.
After being registered as self-employed, I was not properly informed about my responsibilities, which resulted in nearly €20,000 in unexpected social security charges due to delays in 1 year. This situation was completely overlooked by the accountant ( Mari Carmen)
What made things even worse is their attitude towards clients. Instead of working with you, guiding you through regulations, and keeping you informed, they leave you completely in the dark. Communication is almost non-existent, and many emails are simply ignored. Or call receptionist goes into their office - tells them you are on the call and then passed back to you - they are not there (common practice for Losada acfountant and lawyer)

When problems arise—often due to their lack of guidance—they are quick to demand significant payments before resolving the situation.
When questioned about their responsibilities, they even stated, “they are doing me a service”—despite this being a highly paid service that is, in reality, barely delivered.
Matters became even more stressful when we had to sell our house to cover these costs. During this process, both the accountant and the lawyer ensured their fees were paid first—before we even received the proceeds from the sale.
What is most concerning is that part of our money has been withheld without any explanation now for more than 5 months. There has been no transparency, no documentation, and no response despite repeated attempts to contact them. It has now been almost five months since the sale was completed, and we still have no resolution.
Overall, the service is highly unprofessional, lacking accountability, transparency, and basic communication. Their approach feels adversarial rather than supportive, as if they turn against the client instead of helping them.
