I came to this gestor, Pilar, through a recommendation from an acquaintance. At the time, I later discovered that this same person had referred a large number of clients to her. Eventually, that relationship ended badly, with serious conflicts between them, and he stopped working with her altogether.

In the beginning, Pilar did help me, and things seemed fine. For that reason, I stayed as a client for a long time, even when some early warning signs appeared.

Over time, however, I experienced increasingly unprofessional behavior. I was accidentally forwarded internal emails in which I could see previous conversations about me that were disrespectful and inappropriate. Despite having seen this, I chose to ignore it, as changing a gestor is complicated and disruptive for a growing business.

After COVID, my company grew rapidly and became more complex. At that point, serious issues started to surface. There were repeated problems such as late filings, lack of financial clarity, and a general absence of control over my company’s real situation. When I visited the office to get clarity, no one could clearly explain outstanding obligations, profit figures, or the overall financial position.

Communication later deteriorated further. Instead of professional handling of concerns, I experienced dismissive behavior, insults, and eventually being blocked, which is unacceptable when managing legal and financial matters.

After switching gestor, even more serious problems came to light. Previously approved COVID aid was later reclaimed, and when documentation was needed to contest this, no cooperation was provided, resulting in further financial loss.

Most concerning was what emerged during an ongoing legal case with a former employee. It became clear that an employment contract had been issued under an incorrect category, granting two extra salary payments per year, despite my clear agreement and understanding being for a salary with prorated extraordinary payments (12 payments, not 14). This discrepancy is now part of a legal dispute and has caused significant stress, time, and financial damage.

This review reflects my personal experience as a long-term client. In hindsight, I regret not doing more independent research before choosing a gestor. Based on everything I experienced, I cannot recommend this office to anyone who values professionalism, transparency, and careful handling of legal and employment matters.

Je suis très satisfait de la qualité des services proposés par Trust Consultancy. Beaucoup de sérieux et une excellente réactivité. Pilar parle un très bon français et nous a été d'une aide précieuse dans nos démarches pour obtenir les documents pour l'achat d'un véhicule. Nous recommandons ses services. De plus, les locaux de Callao Salvaje sont facilement accessibles en voiture et on peut se garer facilement,ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas à Tenerife !
