Als ik lager dan 1 ster kon geven had ik dit zeker gedaan. Wat een slechte gestor. Half jaar gewacht op papieren voor onze elektrische scooter. Puntje bij paaltje kunnen er nog steeds niet op rijden. Omdat hij nog steeds op publico staat en niet op privado. Probeer contact te zoeken maar 0 gehoor. Zeer zeer slecht. Dus zoek je een hele slechte gestor waar je geen waar voor je vele geld krijgt moet je bij hun zijn. Al met al geen aanrader dus.

In February i bought a new scooter, and was super excited to be able to take it on the road and drive around. We went to this company to get it put on name and switch it from publico to privado, as it was used for a company before. I paid a hefty sum for them to do this for me, but it took ages before we even got an answer to our emails asking if everything was okay, since we went nearly two months without updates. Now its nearly December, and we got the papers earlier this month (after much pushing for them to please get it fixed at this point) but they kept it on publico. AKA, i still cant drive my beautiful new scooter months later. im absolutely devastated. DO NOT GO HERE

Je pense la meilleur agence d’Espagne après bientôt 6 ans de travail avec le cabinet!
Nous ne pourrions plus nous passer d’eux.
Pourquoi?
1) Car ils parlent : Italien, francais, anglais, roumains, et biensur espagnol et valencien.
2) Ils connaissent les lois sans jamais les transgresser et n’accepteront pas de le faire.
3) Ils travaillent à distance que vous soyez à Madrid ou New York , Paris ou Valencia vous pouvez compter sur eux.
4) Ils traitent toutes les causes possibles du mieux qu’ils peuvent pour vous aider (j’ai acheter ma maison avec eux pour ne pas tomber avec des agents immobiliers véreux car quand nous sommes étrangers nous pouvons nous faire facilement avoir)
Et bien tout à bien été sans aucun problème, j’ai changer plusieurs fois de création de business et aussi fidèle et fiable, mon mari ayant un client régulier est en lien avec eux depuis 4 ans sans aucune encombre.
Mais quand il y a un soucis indépendant de leurs volonté ils vous aident à le régler quand cela est possible.
Vraiment vous pouvez compter sur eux.
C’est une entreprise familiale bienveillante et dans lequel vous n’aurez pas de mauvaises surprises.
Pour rien au monde je les quitterais.

I cannot recommend BA enough. They speak both Spanish and English so they are FANTASTIC for non-natives who are feeling confused and overwhelmed by the process to set up and also correctly follow the Spanish tax system. I have used them for my entire time I have been employed in Spain, both as autonomo and also on a full time work contract and they are SO helpful, the whole team are fantastic but I am particularly grateful for Daniela as she so considerate and supportive, always finding the time to help me whenever I might have questions about various tax processes. BA has taken all the workload away from me and support me with everything so quickly and efficiently. I wish I could give them 100000000000 stars out of 5. You will not regret working with BA, particularly if Spanish is not your first language!

La persona que atiende el teléfono Daniela, no es una empleada eficiente y con buenos modales, depende del cliente es como atiende. Sus jefes son buenos profesionales y saben cuidar de su negocio. No doy un 5 por la empleada mencionada.
