Asesoria Belda Reig, and in particular Mayte, have been professional, knowledgeable, supportive and always accessible to us during our recent house purchase in Ontinyent.
The Spanish legal system can be a minefield for people new to the Country but Mayte's knowledge has made the process so very smooth for us. Her English is also very good and she explains things clearly.
As a foreigner buying in Spain you hear so many horror stories of people falling foul of the legal system and I think that's because they don't have the correct advise. That is not the case with Mayte.
Both my wife and I cannot rate Mayte highly enough and want to thank her for making our purchase faultless and stressless for us.
