Fue terrible me atendió Laura. Pocas veces pude tener comunicación con ella. Para saber de los casos tenía que estar preguntando, ya que nunca me dijo si había siquiera ingresado los documentos. Y después me doy cuenta que a mi hijo de 11 años le pide la residencia poniendo que tenía 21 años, les llegó la anulación del proceso y ellos ni se dieron cuenta, me contacto una abogada que nada que ver con el caso diciéndome que ella tenia la resolución de mis hijos y q no entendía el porqué. Y pues gracias a su error dicha abogada ingreso los documentos de ellos y ya en 3 días tuve respuesta pidiendo el pago de las tasas, la verdad no los recomiendo para nada le pedí devolución del dinero y muy amablemente dijo no regresa nada. Pues nada le dije que se los robara que no pasaba nada. Así que antes de ir allí. Les dejo que fue una experiencia muy mala. No es el primer caso donde necesito asesores y por recomendación fui allí y es una muy mala asesora, ni hablar de que Les escribes y contestan uno o más días después. En septiembre lleve la documentación y en enero ya al cumplirse casi los 3 meses tenía que estar ahí preguntando.

Estimada Elizabeth, gracias por su reseña. Las reseñas negativas nos ayudan a corregir los errores cometidos. En este caso nuestro error fue aceptar una cliente que desde el principio no seguía nuestro criterio y no se dejaba aconsejar. Se presentaron las tres solicitudes inicialmente tal y como la clienta quiso siendo las tres rechazadas. Tal y como se le dijo en un principio que pasaría. Después se volvió a presentar las dos solicitudes de los hijos correctamente. Si es verdad que se cometió un error con la fecha de nacimiento del hijo, pero como ya se la dicho este error es subsanable. A día de hoy las solicitudes constan en el sistema como en trámite aunque su nueva abogada se empeñe en decirle que se han archivado. En total se han presentado un total de 5 solicitudes, las tres primeras erróneas siguiendo sus deseos. Nos entregó un total de 150 euros y se han pagado un total de 98.10 euros en tasas. Al final hemos presentado 5 solicitudes por 51,90 euros. Hemos atendido sus llamadas, visitas y demandas por 51,90 euros. Le deseamos que tenga mejor suerte con su nueva abogada.

Never again will I use Impley just be warned I submitted my tax return like I had done for the past two years and they have all my details on file just to be told THEY made a mistake. Got a reply to tell me mistakes happen but not when you trust them with your tax returns. Now I have to find a new Gestor. So disappointed and no apology offered just can you pay our invoice.
