Daar de akte up to date moet zijn heb ik Juan ingeschakeld omdat te doen. Daar er verschillende documenten door mijn toenmalige architect moesten bezorgd worden, die ondertussen op pensioen was, heeft Juan al het nodige gedaan en zelfs meer omdat de architect niet echt meewerkte.
