Rundum toller Service! Juan hat sich um den Erwerb unseres Hauses in Spanien vollumfänglich gekümmert. Nachdem er den Kaufvertrag aufgesetzt hat und sich um das Einholen diverser Genehmigungen kümmerte, haben wir auch die NIE-Nummer in kürzester Zeit erhalten. Bei unserem Termin in der Kanzlei in Denia wurden wir herzlich empfangen und konnten vor Ort ebenfalls wichtige Dinge besprechen. Ik ben heel blij dat ik Juan Bertomeu heb leren kennen door een vriend die mij hem aanraadde. Hij is een heel goede advocaat die weet wat de klant van hem verwacht en dus ook die verwachtingen waar maakt zonder problemen. Bij de verkoop van mijn huis moest de akte aangepast worden omdat ik een extra verdieping had laten bouwen enkele jaren geleden. Daar de akte up to date moet zijn heb ik Juan ingeschakeld omdat te doen. Daar er verschillende documenten door mijn toenmalige architect moesten bezorgd worden, die ondertussen op pensioen was, heeft Juan al het nodige gedaan en zelfs meer omdat de architect niet echt meewerkte. Het is allemaal tot een goed einde gebracht door Juan Bertomeu. Ik ben hem zeer dankbaar voor de geleverde vriendelijke service.
