Rosario is a godsend. We were introduced to her 2 years ago and she has done absolute wonders for us.

She is sorting out our tax position in Spain and advising us on property purchasing.

We have used Rosario services for several years and always find her to be very professional and the results very good. If you need your taxes sorted, make a will, deal with the sale of a property sell your car plus any other problems that may crop up Rosario is the one to sort it out

At two days notice and with a busy schedule, Rosario Alarcón agreed to act as gestor on our behalf to facilitate the sale of our car.
Despite a couple of hic-cups which we caused, Rosario very effectively sorted out the sale and transfer to the new owner.

Rosario has helped us with a multitude of legal and tax related tasks:
- residencia in Spain (a few weeks)
- conversion of UK driving licences to Spanish ones (2 weeks)

- TIE card

She has always pursued all of these tasks with a lot of proactiveness and great professionality and just got on with things and got things done. Having heard horror stories from people in particular with regard to the exchange of driving licences, we were just amazed how simple and quickly this could be achieved by Rosario. We have also had multiple meetings with Rosario and she has come with us for appointments, being it at the foreigners office in Almeria, the notary in Vera and Mojacar or the townhall in Huercal Overa, whereever we needed her assistance.
