Thanks to Sanyen Sandoval at Illay Legal and her team the complicated and lengthy process of applying for Spanish Citizenship under the Law of Democratic Memory was made as smooth and painless as possible. Sanyen always replied very quickly to my (many!) questions and gave me very clear instructions on how to make the application. I subsequently also applied for a Spanish Passport and once again she was very helpful with the details of the process and what to expect.
