Desastre. Comencé el asesoramiento acompañando a una amiga en Orihuela y mi sorpresa fue descubrir que quién me asesoraba era un camarero sin experiencia en el ámbito legal correspondiente. La mala experiencia continuó con casi todos los miembros de la empresa en Los alcázares llevando mi máxima frustración en el Señor Javier Cabañas el cuál fue grosero tanto por educación como negligente al responder a las pregunta de mi amiga.
No quisiera comentar las subidas de tono que tuvo con sus asistentes en diversas ocasiones o la sensación incómoda que proporciona esta empresa la cual carece de profesionalidad en su máxima expresión.
Acudí cómo acompañante con algún conocimiento legal y me sorprendió la negligencia del comportamiento de toda la empresa desde el comentado Abogado como la deteriorada educación de las recepcionistas.
Según el trato demostrado mi duda queda de que todos los empleados o al menos, los que son capaces de asesorar sean compañeros de profesión y tengan la certificación correspondiente.
Así pues, mi impresión es clara y concisa de que está empresa no se encuentra a un nivel óptimo para gestionar problemas legales a ningún ciudadano y la calidad y productos ofertados son abusivos economicamente con el cliente.

We had the most frustrating experience and found it to be an inefficient service with zero communication - in the last ten months from January to October 2024 - filled with unnecessary delays and lack of information. Our first meeting with our solicitor at their Los Alcazares office went well (regarding the sale of our Hacienda Riequelme golf resort apartment). Our solicitor did not inform us that we had exchanged contracts; nor that the sales proceeds had arrived from the buyer in Spain. In our experience from 23rd January to 10th October, only after many unanswered emails and unanswered several phone calls later - from London to Spain - did we receive our sales proceeds - in three extremely slow stages. These delays were not only due to third parties, such as the Spanish tax office returning refunds; but, essentially due to the response time by Abad Abogados legal firm in dealing with the matter. All legal information & sales proceeds requested was eventually provided with severe delays, compared to response times expected in London.

As a British National living in Spain I have found this company to be the most approachable and professional of any I have dealt with in Spain or the UK. Nothing is too much trouble and they have an extremely profound knowledge and understanding of the law in Spain as it relates to real estate. This includes but is not limited to a deep appreciation of corporate law, something often absent from the portfolio of other lawyers. This enables them to build 'bulletproof' cases against developers, banks and others who think they can get away with anything less than doing things the proper way. I have mainly dealt with the principal and another senior lawyer in the firm, both of whom also speak excellent English. I know many people fear finding a reputable lawyer in Spain however in 6 years of dealing with Abad I do not have one negative issue, cross word or failing of any kind to report. They have offered advice on many issues both within their assigned remit and beyond which has proven to be correct time and again. While we still have one or two matters outstanding I have the ultimate faith and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I and a number of others were very fortunate to be put in contact with Abad Lawyers. We recently had a huge success in recovering our deposits on the purchase of properties in Murcia.
