Absolutely AWFUL firm that I am surprised is allowed to operate. Took over two years to get money that was owed to us back. Never respond to emails and if you phone they’ll say they’re in a meeting and will call back.. they never do. Very quick to chase money that’s owed to them but forget it if they owe you money! Avoid at all costs if you want good customer service and a reasonable time frame for your work to be carried out.

I can't thank Rosa from QML Tax and Legal Consulting enough for all her help and support when buying my property in Los Narejos, Spain. She accompanied me to a meeting with the Notary, has arranged my NIE, opened my Spanish bank account and was present on my behalf on completion day. She is also arranging for water and electricity direct debits to be set up and has arranged home insurance for me. She is even arranging for my WiFi to be setup and for payment of Community fees and all other payments relating to my property to be made on my behalf. In short, Rosa has done EVERYTHING for me regarding the smooth completion of the purchase of my Spanish property and kept me fully updated whilst I was in the UK Thank you so much Rosa and I highly recommend your services to all.
