I have used APLSEGAL twice now, one dealing with changing names on a car and most recently purchasing a property for me. Both Gloria and Adriana were a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and made what could’ve been a very stressful thing buying a property in Spain (as I know from buying before) They made it happen and dealt with everything for me while I was back in the UK, totally stress-free. Great communications, respond more or less immediately to emails. I cannot fault APLS and would highly recommend this company.

We recently bought a house in Altea. We had the help of buying a house from Rayos de Sol, and they always work with APLS legal services, and told us they are very happy with the service they provide.
So we got a lot of help from APLS legal services. They work really hard and are very very punctual as you may expect. They always reply very fast on e-mails and help with a big variaty of different services. They helped us with contracts, Nie-numbers, bank accounts, etc. Adriana and Gloria even helped the sellers of the house to make fasters progress in the paperwork for the whole puchase. When owning a property abroad in Spain it is highly recommended to have someone locally and knowledgeable to sort out annual taxes and resolve ongoing or unexpected problems that will occur with banks, utilities and insurance. It is difficult and time-consuming to try to sort these yourself from the UK and more likely to be impossible.
We sold our Roda Golf apartment recently. From receiving the buyers’ deposit, the sale was completed in less than one month, a remarkable achievement. Gloria and Adriana worked well to achieve this date, which was unexpectedly brought forward by our buyers.

We cannot thank and praise Adriana and Gloria enough for their help and assistance. We first met Adriana when we purchased our apartment on Roda Golf in 2015, since then her and Gloria have handled our legal affairs. Recently we relocated to Spain from England, it was their knowledge, support and expertise that guided us through, what was (since Brexit) a difficult, very stressful and demanding process. We got the name of the office of Adriana Perez by our estate agent. The sale was from the start one with a lot of difficulties. We had a lot of questions but our emails were always answered so quickly, polite and accurate. Even when we went to sign the contract at the Notary there were difficulties with the seller. Adriana stayed calm and managed to complete the contract. Adriana and Gloria are Spanish but they speak English very well so the communication was perfect. We absolutely recommend their office, they are excellent!
