I just want to express how exceptional Adminserv have been throughout the entire process. From the moment I met Nacho back in October, I had absolute confidence in him. His no‑nonsense, clear, straightforward approach immediately put me at ease. He gave honest guidance, practical advice, and never once made me feel like any question was too small or too silly.

Both Nacho and Susana were consistently on hand; responsive, calm, and incredibly efficient. Susana’s emails were rapid, clear, and always helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and at every stage I felt completely looked after.

Their knowledge is extraordinary. Not just the legalities, but the whole ecosystem: how different agents operate, how to respond to situations, notary processes, insurance, utilities, currency transfer, keys collection, purchase contracts… everything! They pre‑empted things before I even thought to ask. When house insurance needed sorting, they already had a quote ready. It was genuinely impressive.

As a first‑time buyer in Spain, I expected the process to feel overwhelming. Instead, I felt safe. Communication was fantastic — clear updates, real‑time information, and phone calls whenever something needed talking through. I always knew what was happening, why it was happening, and what my options were.

We’ve ended up with our dream Spanish casa, and I can honestly say that Nacho and Susana made the entire journey a pleasure when it could so easily have been stressful. Their professionalism, warmth, and absolute competence made all the difference.

I cannot sing the praises of this company loud enough. They dealt with both the sale of our old apartment and the purchase of our new one. Nachos’ attention to detail in all aspects was impressive and his ability to advise and explain was second to none.
Teresa has dealt with our residencia, renewals, TIE, car and driving licences, she goes beyond the pale and nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic company.
