We have been working with Andrea on both the sale of our Spanish property and the purchase of a new one. Andrea has gone above and beyond in all aspects of both. The 1st 2 properties we were going to purchase both had legal issues which she investigated and advised us of which we then decided not to continue with. The 3rd was completed yesterday with Andrea sorting out notary transfers building works alarm's and keys. I have used PSI for a number of years and the service they offer is second to none. English speaking, cover all kinds of legal work. Everything made simple and each process explained. I have just used them to assist in the sale of my Spanish property which was superb, having given them power of attorney I had little to do, the whole thing went without a hitch. From offer on the property to change of contracts was less than three weeks. They even helped with transfer of currency back to the UK. I would recommend them to anyone.
